The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server
This article was previously published under Q247467 SUMMARY
When you have two proxy addresses and you designate the secondary address to become the primary, this change is not retained. After the secondary address has been changed to the default primary, the address should be designated "Custom," which overrides the addressing policy. However, this does not occur.
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior is by design. Custom proxy addresses are not supported.
