XWEB: Outlook Web Access Doesn't Show New Inbox Views (246591)

When you use the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), Inbox views that are created with Microsoft Outlook 2000 may not be immediately visible in the Views list.
CAUSE
View names are cached to improve OWA performance and are not searched with each browser refresh.
WORKAROUND
To force a read of the view names, show all mailbox folders, and navigate through three other folders before you return the focus to the Inbox. The View list should be refreshed, showing the newly created views.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
