Standard icons on BackOffice Small Business Server Console may be displayed as strange characters and symbols. For example, the Home page may be displayed as 'Ie' in the lower-left corner.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the Glyph100.ttf and Glyph110.ttf fonts have been deleted or moved from the Fonts folder.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Close Small Business Server Console.
- Insert the Small Business Server 4.5 Disc 3 CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
- Open Windows Explorer and browse to the \SBSAdmin\I386\Admin\Components folder on the CD-ROM.
- Copy the Glyph100.ttf and Glyph110.ttf files to the \WINNT.SBS\Fonts folder on the Small Business Server disk.
