This article was previously published under Q244193

SUMMARY

In Windows 2000 Active Directory Users and Computers, you can create an organizational unit (OU), and then create an additional OU that is a child of the first OU:

OU1 (Parent)
 |--OU2 (Child)

MORE INFORMATION

You cannot create an Exchange 2000 address list to only display objects from the first organizational unit (by using a filter such as "filter=OU1" to only contain OU1). The address list will contain OU1, OU2, and any other child organizational units.
