When you start the Game Controllers tool in Control Panel, the image
of the game controller may not appear in the game controller properties
dialog box.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you start the Game Controllers tool from
within Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft SideWinder Game Controller softwareversion 4.0.
