When you attempt to open the Online User's Guide, you may receive the
following error message:
Cannot open the Online User's Guide for Mouse Products.
Please reinstall the IntelliPoint Software.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer is not installed
on the computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install Microsoft Internet Explorer
for Macintosh from the following Microsoft Web site:
