  2. In Internet Explorer 4.x, click Internet Options on the View menu.

    In Internet Explorer 5 and in Internet Explorer 6, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
  3. On the Programs tab, in the Mail or E-mail list, click to select Microsoft Outlook, and click OK.
