Works: Right-Most Field or Last Record Not Printed in List View (242381)

SYMPTOMS

When you print or preview a Microsoft Works database in List View, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
  • The right-most field in the database may not be displayed in the Print Preview window or it may not be printed.

  • The last record in the database may not be displayed in the Print Preview window or it may not be printed.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if either of the following symptoms is true:
  • The right-most field in the database does not contain any data.

  • The last record in the database does not contain any data.

MORE INFORMATION

If you want the right-most field and its field name to be either displayed in Print Preview or printed as empty, type a double quotation mark (") followed by a space in one of the cells in that field.

If you want the last record to be either displayed in Print Preview or printed as empty, type a double quotation mark (") followed by a space in one of the fields in that record.

NOTE: If you want extra records to be either displayed in Print Preview or printed as empty, type a double quotation mark (") followed by a space in one field in each of those records.
