Cannot View Entire Program Running Terminal Server Client for Windows CE (241417)

SYMPTOMS

When you are running the Windows CE Terminal Server client for the Handheld PC (H/PC) Pro 3.0 version 1.0, you may not be able to view the entire window of a program running in the Terminal Server client session.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the Terminal Server client does not support programs using a higher screen resolution than the actual device supports. For example, if your device supports a physical screen resolution of 640 X 240 and you have a program running in a Terminal Server client session that supports a 640 X 480 resolution, you may not be able to view the entire program. The Terminal Server client does not support scrolling to view these programs.
