SYMPTOMS

If you open a Microsoft Word document in a Word window that is separate from an FTP site that uses non-anonymous access, the name or title of the document may not be listed on the new window. When this situation occurs, the name of the window is "Document in Microsoft Internet Explorer" instead of the actual name of the document that you opened from the FTP site.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use either of the following methods:

Open the document in the current Internet Explorer window.
Right-click the file, and then copy the file to a folder on your hard disk. Then, open the document from your hard disk.
