SYMPTOMS

When you are running Services for Macintosh on a Windows NT 4.0 Server-based computer, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen:
STOP 0x00000050 : 0xa63cb000 0x00000000 0x00000000 0x0000000 sfmsrv!AfpLookupIcon

RESOLUTION
