Money P&B: Cannot Change Invoice Numbering Format (240573)

If you change the invoice numbering format to an alphanumeric format in
the programs listed at the beginning of this article, you cannot change
the invoice numbering format back to an automatic numeric format.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, you need to manually change the invoice number
to a numeric format if you do not want to continue to use an alphanumeric
numbering format.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Money 2001 Deluxe and Business.
