Works Suite 2000: Cannot Run Setup As Power User with Windows 2000 (239996)

If you are a member of the Power Users group and you attempt to run the Microsoft Works Suite 2000 Setup program in any mode on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based
computer, you receive a message stating that administrator privileges are required to run the program, and you cannot run the Setup program.
When you click OK, Setup quits.
CAUSE
When you use the Windows 2000 operating system, only users with Administrator privileges can run the Works Suite 2000 Setup program.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, have a member of the Administrators group run the Works Suite 2000 Setup program for you.
