Works 2000 Error Message: Memory Cannot Be Read (239982)

When you quit the Newsletter template in a Microsoft Works 2000 Word
Processor document, Works Word Processor may stop responding, and you
may receive the following error message:
Memory cannot be read.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if all of the following conditions are true:
- You insert an object into a Works Word Processor document and
then save the document with the embedded object as the default
Works template.
- You quit Works Word Processor, and then use the Newsletter
Template Wizard.
- You quit the Works Newsletter document without saving it.
RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue from occurring, do not insert objects into the
default Works template.
