Works 2000: "Show All Contents" in Address Book Does Not Work (239977)

When you are using the Microsoft Works 2000 Address Book and you click Show All Contents on the File menu, only the contacts listed in the Shared Contacts folder appear.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, click Folders and Groups on the View menu.
MORE INFORMATION
The Works 2000 Address Book does not display all the contacts in all the folders in one window. However, any identity can view the contacts of any other identity.
The Show All Contents option gives all identities the ability to view all the contacts for all identities that use the Address Book.
To see the folders of all the identities, click Folders and Groups on the View menu.
