SYMPTOMS

When you create labels with the Microsoft Works Word Processor, and you select Avery standard, 4161 or 4167 labels (or other dot matrix labels that have a non-standard width), and you then print to a dot matrix printer, the labels are printed right-aligned instead of left-aligned.

The labels appear left-aligned when you click Print Preview on the File menu.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because something other than Tractor Feed is selected in the Paper Source box.
