When you play an Apple QuickTime Movie that is embedded in a word processor document in Microsoft Works 2000 or Microsoft Works 6, Works may stop responding (hang).
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the QuickTime Movie software that is installed on your computer is outdated.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the QuickTime software from the following Apple Computer Web site:
