When you drag a Microsoft Works 2000 Spreadsheet document onto the Microsoft Windows desktop, it is possible to have two spreadsheets open in the same window. Works 2000 is a single document interface (SDI) program, but it is possible to make it act like a multiple document interface (MDI) program under certain circumstances.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur when you save two versions of a spreadsheet as scrap files on the Windows desktop, have each of these scrap files open at the same time, and then click Tile on the Window menu of each file.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
