Works 2000 Calendar: IntelliMouse Wheel Does Not Function in Month View (239163)

SYMPTOMS

If you use the Microsoft IntelliMouse, the wheel may not function in the Month View of Microsoft Works Calendar.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

  • You are using a Microsoft Windows 95 or a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer.

  • You have not installed the latest version of the Microsoft IntelliPoint software.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, download and install the latest version of the IntelliPoint software from the following Microsoft Web site:

http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/Download.mspx

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
