OLEXP: Outlook Express May Truncate "To" Field (238967)

If you click Reply to reply to a message that has been cross-posted to several newsgroups (totaling over 250 characters), the information in the To box may be truncated. This can also occur if you use the Cc box to list newsgroups.
CAUSE
The behavior occurs because the To and Cc boxes are limited to 250 characters.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, use the Newsgroup box and limit the cross-posts to under 250 characters.
STATUS
This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a
future release.
