CDSETUP-Cannot Run the "Starts Here" Using a Network Lesson (238873)

SYMPTOMS
Customers may not be able to run the Using a Network lesson in the "Starts Here" program.
CAUSE
The Using a Network lesson uses a file named employees.doc. This file needs to be accessed before the students can run the lesson.
RESOLUTION
To access the employees.doc file, follow the steps outlined below:
- On a public server, create a network share with the name Terra Firm.
- In that share, create a new folder and name it Sales Dept.
- Copy the file employees.doc from the content folder on the Starts Here CD-ROM to the Sales Dept folder.
