When you attempt to download newsgroup names, you receive the following error message:
An unknown error has occurred.
The download of newsgroup names stops.
CAUSE
This behavior may be caused by a newsgroup with no name in the newsgroup list.
WORKAROUND
Contact the administrator of the news server and request the newsgroup be given a name. Or, request the newsgroup be removed from the server.
