VIZACT: Unable to Edit Interactive Bullet Content Area (236679)

If you delete all the content from an interactive bullet and then deselect the bullet, you are unable to add content when you attempt to select the content area of the bullet.
CAUSE
If there is nothing inside the content area of an interactive bullet, the width of the content box is zero. Even if you select the "Interactive Bullet Content" area in the timeline, the box is not wide enough to allow you to insert any object into the box.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Delete the Interactive Bullet and Re-insert It- Select the Interactive Bullet that you can not add content.
- Press Delete.
- Select the items you want to use in the Interactive Bullet.
- On the Format menu, click Interactive Bullet.
- Select the type of Bullet you want to use, and click OK.
Method 2: Turn on the Show All feature- On the Standard toolbar, click Show All.
- Click the Interactive Bullet on your page.
- Directly under the interactive bullet, you will see a paragraph mark. Click the paragraph mark to open the content box.
