MNK Pro: Healthy Computing Guide is not displayed correctly (235920)

SYMPTOMS

When you open the Online User's Guide for the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, the Healthy Computing Guide may not be displayed correctly.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.02 or earlier is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install an Internet browser that supports Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (Dynamic HTML or DHTML). When you are prompted to set the browser to be the default browser, click Yes.

Note If you choose not to perform this check in the future and then click No, you are no longer prompted to set the browser to be the default browser.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro version 1.0.

Internet browsers that support DHTML include Internet Explorer version 4.0 or later, and Netscape Navigator version 4.0 or later.
