SYMPTOMS

If you configure Outlook Express 5 to add stationery to new HTML messages and you click a link to an e-mail address in an e-mail message, the new e-mail message may not contain the stationery you configured.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, follow these steps:
  1. In the new e-mail message, click Rich Text (HTML) on the Format menu.
  2. On the Format menu, point to Apply Stationery, and then click the stationery you want to use.
