MORE INFORMATION

WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

Before you remove the entries, create a backup copy of your registry:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
  2. On the Registry menu, click Export Registry File.
  3. In the Save in box, click the appropriate path.
  4. In the File name box, type a name for the file.
  5. In the Save as type box, click Registration Files.
  6. In the Export range area, click All, and then click Save.
To delete the Radio Station entries, use the following steps:
  1. Locate the following registry key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Radio\MRUList

  2. Right-click the Radio_Station_n entry (where n indicates a number), and then click Delete.
  3. Right-click the Radio_Station_n entry, click Rename, and then rename the n value of the remaining entries in numerical order.
  4. Right-click the Radio_Station_Count entry and change the number to match the remaining Radio Station entries.
  5. On the Registry menu, click Exit.
NOTE: You can delete one or all of the Radio Station entries, as long as you modify the Radio_Station_Count entry accordingly. If you do not delete all of the entries, renumber the remaining entries.
