When you attempt to connect to a Web site using Internet Explorer, you may receive the following error message:
Socks5 Cram authentication. Enter the user name.
If you type a user name, you may receive the following error message:
Ace login required. Enter password.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if Aventail virtual private network (VPN) Client version 2.43.s is installed.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, contact Aventail Corporation Technical Support at (206) 215-1111, or on the Web at:
