SUMMARY

When you attempt to download messages from your Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server using a Netscape Communicator IMAP client, you do not receive bitmap images. Windows Bitmap Image (.bmp) files can be easily created by selecting a window on your screen, pressing ALT+PRINTSCRN to copy the image, and then pasting this image to a note.
