The Windows Media Encoder will fail when used with an Osprey 100 video
capture card with Microsoft Windows 95 and Microsoft Windows 98.
CAUSE
This is due to the way the computer handles the sharing of IRQs. The Osprey 100 video capture card requires its own IRQ under Windows 95/98, not a shared IRQ.
