ACC95: Renaming Form in Microsoft Access 95 May Cause GPF (233484)

SYMPTOMS
If you are using Microsoft Access 95 (version 7.0) on Microsoft Windows NT or Microsoft Windows 2000, and you create a new form in a new database, and then try to rename the form several times, a General Protection Fault (GPF) may occur.
CAUSE
This problem occurs if you have version 3.000.4513 of Microsoft Jet (MSJT3032.DLL) installed on your system.
RESOLUTION
Download the latest updated Jet DLLs from the Microsoft Web site. For additional information about downloading the updated DLLs, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
