Business Planner: Graphics on Home Page Are Displayed Incorrectly (233466)

SYMPTOMS

When you start Microsoft Business Planner, graphics on the program's home page may be displayed incorrectly.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:

  • Business Planner is installed on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer.

  • The Smooth Edges Of Screen Fonts visual setting is enabled.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, disable the Smooth Edges Of Screen Fonts visual setting:

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Display.
  3. Click the Plus! tab.
  4. Under Visual Settings, click to clear the Smooth Edges Of Screen Fonts check box.
  5. Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
