SYMPTOMS

When you open an e-mail message in Microsoft Pocket Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
<Unsupported message type removed>

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you receive an e-mail message in Pocket Outlook that is sent with no "content-type" header.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Pocket Outlook.
