When e-mail is not delivered to some recipients, the SMTP generates a non-delivery report (NDR) with the description "Routing table database transaction failed."
CAUSE
This problem may be caused by one of the following: An error in the Mcis2upd.sql script that released with Site Server 3.0 Service Pack 2.SQL Server 7.0 null-syntax handling is different than SQL Server 6.5.
