CAUSE

This issue occurs if you click the ">>" button on the Quick Launch toolbar, and then click a shortcut to a Word or Excel file.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, move the shortcut to the Word or Excel file to the beginning of the Quick Launch toolbar, or resize the Quick Launch toolbar to display the shortcut to the Word or Excel file.

To move a shortcut on the Quick Launch toolbar, drag the shortcut to the position on the toolbar you want.

To resize the Quick Launch toolbar, drag the left or right edge of the toolbar to make the toolbar the size you want.
