When you right-click the title bar of the MSKey Keyboard Tool, you cannot
use the keyboard to select the commands on the shortcut menu.CAUSE
The MSKey Keyboard Tool is a diagnostic utility that traps keyboard input
to test keyboard functionality.RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, use a pointing device to click the commands on
the shortcut menu.
