OL2000: Corrupted Printout of Latin Text using Specific Fonts when HP5si Printer is used. (232216)

If you print a message containing Latin text written in any of the fonts listed, the printout will be corrupted if Hewlett Packard (HP)5SI printer is used, and the operating system is Microsoft Windows 98, Arabic localized version. The fonts are: - Andalus

CAUSE
Arabic Windows 98 installs an outdated HP5SI printer driver which does not support these fonts. When you install and run Outlook, any message containing these fonts will print as a corrupted text.
WORKAROUND
Install the latest printer driver for the HP5SI.
On the Font tab in Printer Properties, click to select the "Print TrueType fonts as graphics" check box.
