SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to establish a connection to Erols Internet Services, you receive the following error message:
Unable to establish dial-up network connection. Please go to 'Dial-Up Networking' and make sure your connections are configured property.

Error 691: Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain.

CAUSE

You typed your password using the wrong case. The password is case-sensitive.

RESOLUTION

Retype your password using the correct combination of uppercase and lowercase characters.
