When Yahoo! Pager on an external node initiates a chat request to Yahoo! Pager on an Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) client, the client, when accepting the chat request, starts a completely unrelated Web site instead of a chat room.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because the client does not pick up the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) containing the Chatroom location, and is given an incorrect URI.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, disable the ICS host:
- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet.
- Click the Connections tab, and then click Sharing.
- Click to clear the Enable Internet Connection Sharing check box, click Ok, and then click Ok.
- On each client that uses Internet CommSuite, configure a connection to the Internet including the modem, or other devices, to provide access to the Internet.
