When you install Windows CE Services 2.1 or earlier on a computer running
Windows 2000, you may be unable to set up Remote Access Services. Or, if you upgrade from Microsoft Windows 98/95 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000, you may no longer be able to synchronize your Windows CE device.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue load ActiveSync 3.1 or later from the following Microsoft Web site:
