You receive the "Error deleting file Cannot delete INFO2..." error message when you click the Empty Recycle Bin link in the Recycle Bin (226978)

When you click the "Empty Recycle Bin" link in the Recycle Bin, you may receive the following error message:
Error Deleting File
Cannot Delete INFO2: Access is denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
If you then click OK, the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop does not change to indicate that the Recycle Bin is empty.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if "view as Web Page" is enabled and you use the "Restore All" link in the Recycle Bin to restore all items, delete an item and then use the "Empty Recycle Bin" link to delete all items from the Recycle Bin.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, restart the computer between the "Restore All" and the "Empty Recycle Bin" action.
