SMS: You Are Unable to Remove an Assigned SMS Client Remote Installation Account (226872)

SYMPTOMS

After you create an SMS Client Remote Installation account, you are unable to remove this account from Systems Management Server 2.0.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, simply rename the account.

STATUS

This problem was corrected in Systems Management Server version 2.0, Service Pack 2.
