SBS Fax Server "Settings for the Selected Device(s)" Box Is Unavailable (226166)

SYMPTOMS

In Fax Server properties, the Settings for the selected device(s) box is unavailable on the Send or Receive tab if you click the CSID or TSID number or in the Device Name, CSID, or TSID box.

CAUSE

The Fax Server properties dialog box is functioning as it was designed to. If no device is selected, there are no properties to be displayed, so they are unavailable.

RESOLUTION

Select a device in the device list by clicking the a device name. The Settings for the selected device(s) box will become available.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
