SYMPTOMS

When you view the properties of an object in Internet Information Server (IIS), you may not be able to open the context sensitive help.

This problem occurs when you use any of the following ways to view context sensitive help:
  • Click the question mark button in the title bar, and then click the item for which you need help.

  • Right-click the item for which you need help, and then click What's This?.

  • Click the item for which you need help, and then press the F1 key.
