WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use one of the following methods appropriate for your situation:

Method 1: Paste the Object as a Different Type

When you paste the grouped drawing object in Word, paste the object as either MS Office Drawing Object or Picture (GIF) using the following steps:
  1. After you have copied the grouped object in PowerPoint, switch to Microsoft Word.
  2. On the Edit menu, click Paste Special.
  3. In the Paste Special dialog box, click to select either MS Office Drawing Object or Picture (GIF) and click OK.

Method 2: Print to a Non-PostScript Printer

To prevent this problem from occurring when you print the document, print to a PCL-type printer.
