ERROR MESSAGE

When you double-click an FTP site in the Open dialog box, you receive the following error message
Cannot connect to the FTP server on the computer named server name.
where server name is the name of the FTP server that you are trying to open.

If the user name and password that you specified in the Add/Modify FTP Locations is incorrect, contact the administrator of the FTP site for more information about the correct settings for that FTP server.

NOTE: Many FTP servers allow you to log in anonymously. To do this, click Anonymous in the Add/Modify FTP Locations dialog box.
