CAUSE

You may receive this error message when you attempt to create a new document from the Edit Hyperlink dialog box, if the file name contains an "at" symbol (@). When you click OK, you receive this error message.

This problem can also occur if an invalid file name character is included in the file name. File names cannot contain the following characters:

\ / : * ? " < > |

THINGS TO TRY

Specify a file name that does not use the "at" sign (@) or any of the following characters: \ / : * ? " < > |
