OL2000: Printing Contact List Includes Blank Headings (223937)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a list of contacts using the Card Style, the printed contacts are followed by a set of blank contact forms.

CAUSE

The Card Style page setup includes the option to print blank forms at the end of your contact pages. This option allows you to print none, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, or 20 blank contact forms at the end of your contacts. You can use this to write in new contact information on the printed pages.

RESOLUTION

If you do not want blank contact fields printed at the end of your contacts, use these steps to turn the option off:
  1. Open your Contacts folder.
  2. On the File menu, click Page Setup.
  3. Under Options, in the Blank forms at end list, click None, and then click OK and OK to print.
NOTE: This option is also available by clicking Page Setup in the Print dialog box.
