SYMPTOMS

If you double-click to open a Contact information dialog box in Small Business Customer Manager (SBCM) and then attempt to use any of the commands on a floating menu bar, the menu commands do not respond.

WORKAROUND

Close the Contact dialog box and then use the menu bar commands.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
