BUG: Unable to Print Message in Outlook with Visual C++ Custom Exchange Form (223773)

SYMPTOMS

If you select Print from the Context menu of the custom Exchange form, Microsoft Outlook 97 displays the following message:
Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.

CAUSE

This error occurs because Outlook 97 does not properly disable the print option from a custom Exchange form through the Context menu.

NOTE: The .cfg files are correctly handled by Outlook 97.

RESOLUTION

This problem was corrected in Microsoft Outlook version 8.04.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
