OL98: Unable to Start Schedule+ Using Toolbar Button (223588)

With this option, you can use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, click About Microsoft Outlook on the Help menu. SYMPTOMS
If you install Outlook using the Corporate or Workgroup (CW) installation option, and configure Microsoft Schedule+ as your default calendar, upgrade to Outlook 2000, and then uninstall Outlook 2000 and reinstall Outlook 98, you are unable to start Schedule+ using the toolbar button.
RESOLUTION
Click Exit and Log Off on the File menu, to close Outlook, and then restart Outlook.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
